Storm was originally founded as a basketball club on the philosophy and principles of development and participation, through this excellence has evolved, allowing players and coaches to fulfil their aspirations.
Since its launch in 2003 Bristol Storm has been growing in numbers and reputation.
In 2012 Bristol Storm became the biggest basketball club in the West of England & Bristol, but also the 25th biggest club in the United Kingdom (England Basketball Annual Report 2012), and maintained that in 2013 and 2014, until England Basketball changed their statistics.
